Red Room Tactical offers a warranty policy for all products, primarily covering faults that arise within the initial 28 days from the original delivery date. Here’s a summary of our warranty and returns policy:
FAULTY PRODUCTS

Within 28 Days: If a product is found to be faulty within 28 days of delivery, you are eligible for a repair or replacement.

After 28 Days but Within 6 Months: Faults that develop after 28 days but within 6 months from the delivery date may be repaired under warranty.

After 6 Months: Any repairs needed after 6 months are chargeable to the customer.
WARRANTY VOIDANCE
The warranty may be voided under certain conditions, including but not limited to:

Opening or tampering with the item.

Use of incorrect oil, lubricants, or non-Airsoft gas/CO₂

Utilizing low-quality or reused BB pellets.

Modifications, including painting or adding accessories.

Improper maintenance or use of incorrect batteries and chargers.
RETURNS PROCESS
To initiate a return:

Download and complete the Product Returns Form.

Send the faulty product back using a recorded delivery service.

If within 14 days of delivery, contact support to request a pre-paid returns slip.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund if requested within 7 days after delivery, provided the items are returned unopened and unused.
